Pros: -it's an apartment/studio so you get a gas stove with some utensils available -convenient area, exit by foot and you will see Indomaret, pharmacist, veggie market, cafes and cheap meals nearby -super responsive and helpful management staff Cons: -no wifi on my floor -package deliveries were a bit confusing. You have to go down to B1 and into the security check area to get your packages -paid parking (15k per night)

It is not advertised in the room description that the free wifi is only available at the lobby and 1st floor nor that you have to pay to park in the complex. For the check-in, few information are provided except your check-in time, and they are quite strict on this: we sent an email the day before our arrival to discuss about a possible early check-in. No reply to this email, so we managed to contact them via WA messages (no replies to calls too). An early check-in was not accepted, but they agreed to keep our bags while we wait for the check-in time. We let them know that we would be back at the check-in time, but we still had to wait in the lobby to receive instructions for accessing the flat... A nice gesture, bags were already in the room, though electricity was turned off, and we had to wait, again, for instructions to turn it on. Room was cozy, but kitchen and bathroom were let-downs too: hot water was working... for three minutes, then you have to wait again. No toilet paper on arrival, they brought us one roll when I notify them about it. One of the two stoves was malfunctioning, two plates are provided, too bad they are rusty. No knives or kettle provided, there is a water dispenser but the hot water is not working. It is good to place a filter for the kitchen sink's drain, however it is better to ensure that it is cleaned regurlaly to avoid bad smell from rotten leftovers everytime you use the tap. You have access to a gym and outdoor swimming pool, there's also a few convenience stores and laundries. Overall, it is decent for the price but cleanliness, equipments and communication with your customers should be improved.

agak jauh jalannya, parkirannya terbatas tapi kamarnya bersih dan bagus
