Id rather sleep in the dirt
Im not one to write bad reviews but this place is an absolute waste of money. Im not about fancy places or 5 star hotels. To start off. Yes the place has a stunning view and thats all it has. So if you want you Instagram photo shoot Perfect spot. Our check in was at 1pm. We didnt get our room till 330. We were the only people there and our room wasnt ready still. We walked into literally bugs all over. Spiders, ants, crabs and centipedes everywhere. I get it bugs are here and there but this place you had to turn the lights on ( the ones that actually turned on) every time you got up. You had to check where you were stepping. The place smelt like cat piss. The towels smelt like cat piss. There was mold on the bed. The bed didnt even come with blanket or sheets. It had 1 small blanket for 2 people to lay down on top of and 2 airplane blankets for us to cover up with. I asked for new towels and when we got them they smelt even more like cat piss. The doors didnt even line up . Way over prices for this so called 3 star hotel. There is no gym There is no WI FI threw out the entire hotel ( the had a box they plugged in and it was only by our room) There is no hot water There is no golf course near by There is no tennis courts There is no amenities at all The whole add lied There is rat poop on the bed and all around it. There was holes in all the towels. 3/4 of the lights in the whole place didnt even work. The pool. All the chairs and recliners you couldnt even use! They had holes in them and were broken. The pool also cleaned hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long. There water was dirty and looked like oil or something on the surface of the water. Trash never got cleaned up for 3 days so every morning we would wake up and stray dogs and who knows what had the trash all over our patio. If I could give this place a 0 stars I would! This idea of this gorgeous place was a living nightmare. They built something cool and just let it go down the drain.
