Room tidak memuaskn ssgt... Sgala kelengkapan dalam bilik tidak lengkap.. booking 2 malam tapi tido sane smalam sahaja.. trpksa booking resort lain bsama kuarga... Rugi buat Byran 2 malam.. ibarat hanya indah kabar Dari rupa.. tidak akn booking lg d sabacraft lodge..

I recently stayed at Sabacraft and Lodge and, unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. There was no receptionist available during my arrival, which made check-in confusing and inconvenient. The room lacked basic amenities such as toilet rolls, which should be a standard provision. Additionally, there was no water heater in the bathroom, making showers uncomfortable, especially in the cooler hours. The blanket provided was very thin, and it did not offer enough warmth for a good night’s rest. Overall, the stay fell short of expectations due to these shortcomings. With some attention to customer service and basic comfort essentials, the lodge could improve significantly.

The electricity trips many times at night. The room is not clean. There is a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Waiting staff to settle down the problem almost 30 min Difficult to get no phone owner chalet. Kindly to put incharge person number phone at website
