They are so accommodating that they will take extra length to accept your special request, on which they even upgraded my booking. Location is nice if you want sauna and a quiet neighborhood to stay in. The cons though are the people who are also staying in the condo. Walls seems thin so you can hear them if they’re loud. Finally, the one thing that upsets me is the cleanliness. Just when I was about to sleep, a cockroach suddenly came out inside the sheets. I think they should improve on this. Anyways, other things are nice. Owner is very friendly and I can still consider booking one of their listings again but I will add a prior concern regarding on the cleanliness.

Premium room, .you just have to bring your own rug. But all in all superb. Does not require security deposit.

The place itself is peaceful and quiet. The price reasonable despite not having AC. Unfortunately, the experience with the staff specifically the property owner of Unit 352 was very disappointing. When we arrived, I asked if early check-in was possible and was told we would receive a text update. After waiting two hours with no response, I called again multiple times, but the calls were either dropped or unanswered. When we finally received a response, we were told the unit was still being cleaned and that check-in is strictly at 2 PM. This could have been communicated clearly from the beginning instead of leaving guests waiting without updates. The interaction felt cold and unprofessional, with little sense of hospitality. Staff experience: 2/5. The place itself is decent for the price, but because of the poor service from Unit 352, I would not book here again.
