I had a good stay at Minas Manor. The staff were sup friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was really good. It is only ten minutes to the airport which was really convenient and they have their own taxi driver to get you there stress free, for an added cost. It we located in a quiet area and the bed was comfortable which made for a good nights sleep. The only down side for me was that there was no window in my room so it was quite dark without the natural light.

Review – Hotel Minas Manor, Trichy Hotel Minas Manor is a newly built property and is well maintained. The rooms are very clean, linen quality is good, and its proximity to the airport is a definite advantage, especially for early flights. However, the overall experience is affected by some very rigid and guest-unfriendly policies. A refundable security deposit of ₹2000 per room feels unnecessary, as there are no premium amenities to justify it. Outside food is not allowed even inside rooms, guests are not permitted in rooms, and the in-house restaurant has limited options with average food quality. Surprisingly, even proper cutlery is not provided, and disposable spoons are used. Breakfast timing (8–10 am) was not informed at check-in. Since we had an early checkout for a flight, we missed breakfast entirely despite it being included — we couldn’t even get a cup of tea. At checkout, staff inspected the rooms, which felt excessive. Additionally, when my mother accidentally left her mobile phone in the room, the staff kept it without informing us, even though we were at the reception, which was quite unsettling. Overall, it’s a good and clean property, but poor management and unnecessary rules take away from the comfort. With more guest-friendly policies, this hotel could be much better.

The reception uncle were incredibly friendly, humble, and caring. We arrived around 1:00 AM after coming straight from the airport and were quite hungry. Even though it was late, he kindly helped us arranging food, which we truly appreciated. This thoughtful support made our stay more comfortable.

It is a non-smoking hotel. Far off from Rly station, nearer to air port. Room Cleaning is done once in three days, Food is good and breakfast practice is different. They get refundable caution deposition while check-in?! No other restaurants nearby. You need a vehicle with you for commutation.

I don't know why so many bad reviews for this hotel, we had a pleasant stay. Hotel is very clean and hygiene. Interior was exceptional 👏 Good complimentary breakfast was provided. Reception staff was really good, we were travelling and reached midnight around 2am, even then receptionist humbly answered our calls and helped us in reaching the location. Would definitely recommend the hotel.
