• 2. Kindly understand all the facilities ( including towel ) in the house is personal owned. It would be great to put them back to the house after use. Any lost item will be charged from damage deposit.

• 5. No barbecue indoors.

• 6. Please keep the furniture clean.

• 7. Please turn off all the switches and lock all windows before checkout. Management will not be responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings.

• 8. We hope you understand that checkout time is fixed and delays might affect the next check in time for the next guests and penalty will be applied.

• ATTENTION : Failure to checkout after 12.00 pm or ( 1 hour after checkout time ) will result in a penalty and damage deposit will not be refunded.

• 9. Any items damaged will be charged accordingly should the amount exceeded the damage deposit.
