agoda bookings are not reflected real time with the front desk. There is a high chance that you will not get a room upon your arrival. We arrived at packed hotel and the front desk had no clue about our agoda booking. We had to stay at the "motel" side of the property for the first day. Room was a little worn out and aircon was noisy. On Day two they were able to transfer us to the newer wing of the property. Room was nicer but aircon filter needed cleaning. The rooms on the new wing was nicer and cleaner. Our agoda rooms did not come with breakfast but our other colleagues rooms does. Unfortunately there is now way to make arrangements for breakfast to be served earlier than 7am. So they ended leaving without availing of the complimentary breakfast. Good thing about the property are the staff they are very friendly and accommodating. The café is also nice.

Overall a decent experience. Service and cleanliness can be improved.

I was using this hotel because the family home needed a lot of repairs. The location was right on the main highway, however the nearest 7-11 or a similar store was at least 1.5 km away. They do have a small restaurant in house that you can buy cans of juice, beer, and sodas. The owner also has a bar/restaurant that is about 2 miles away. It would be nice if they provided transportation to/from the hotel as I probably would have spent time there. I say this as the city seems to go to sleep around 8 pm because the tricycles stop running around there.

Very basic for a comfy stay. We will consider again if we come back to Iriga.
