Spent few nights in Horizon Room on the 2nd Level with Pool View. Really enjoyed and satisfied with my stays from the time I checked in until checked out!! Loved the icey cold welcome drink and when I went in the spacious room, it was already cool perfect for cooling down during summer in Bali, also loved the cute balcony and bathroom. Had netflix night on the Large TV in our room. The manager and the staffs were really polite and surprised us with special compliments and extra bed and extra PJs, and helped us took tons of photos on every spots! The pool was warm and the server walked around give refreshing treats and drinks every 30mins or so. The head chef was always checkin and engaged with all the guests during breakfast politely. Last but not least, Super In Love with PINK COCONUT as their signature and their PINK BUTTER wrapped like a candy! Totally Reccomended, Will Come Back for my next stay when Im in Uluwatu again some day. And ofc to book my next room at PinkCoco Hotel at Gili !

You come for the decor but stay for the service
Honestly this was probably the most hospitable and kind service I’ve ever had. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. The open spirit and decor of the place caught my eye but the service made me extend my stay. Thanks so much for all of the kindness and support. It was a wonderful stay for my parents and myself!

Most adorable hotel
I can’t recommend this place enough. The reviews are right in that the staff make it. From welcoming you with a pink bracelet, pink affirmations written on my mirror every day and free treats by the pool. Breakfast is yummy, as you’d expect the Indonesian options are the best. And I loved that they served breakfast 7-12. I’m not a big breakfast person so it meant I could eat later and treat it as lunch. I’ve recommended this to all my friends and plan to come back myself

We love your hotels, especially the one on Gili Air, but this hotel needs to have its mattresses and pillows replaced long ago 🙏🏻. We rarely stay here (almost never if there's a Grun or Radisson available), and after every night on this bed I promise myself it's the last time. Change the bedding. The location is perfect, and the staff are also
