Alandalus Golden Palace Hotel

The hotel was good.tge staff were helpfull. The location is great like a 2 to 3 min walk to the prophets mosque and nice big room and good working elevator basically everything other than the bath room was good .we were a family of five staying in a room on the 1st floor.the sink of this bathroom was broken and the shower was very hard to use properly the air vent on top of the room near the door also started leaking in the morning. we stayed one night and that was enough to know that the if you can compromise in the washroom then the hotel is great.also there are many shops near the hotel fyi.

My check in time was 4 pm. I arrived at the hotel in 8 pm from Makkah. I booked for triple room paid advance. We have waited an hour to get response from reception. They gave us a room inside their restaurant. That was probably a stuff room. We refused to take that room. After that they gave a room in 1st floor. We got no other choice. The room was dirty with no amenities they provided. Washroom was worst condition. Taps cant stop running water. Broken comod flap. Broken door. Bugs in the bed. Bugs bite whole night. Lift not available during prayer time. Sharp edges in every corner of furnitures

We didn’t receive towel Room was completed revamped Bathroom was nice , new ceramics, only 1 point there’s no hanged clothes point inside.

Make sure you pay for the book, for me they said they dont have room and gave replacement in another hotel

Other than the location this was a disappointing hotel stay. I was to get a triple room, given a double. The toilet was leaking. Had no towels, called them to deliver 5hours later nothing. No iron or ironing board. The hallway to the room smelt like urine(leaking pipe somewhere). I spent maybe 7hours here and checked in to another hotel.
