The room (Double room) photos shown on website were completely different from actual room. On being asked the same, the staff responded that the photos on website were for suite. They still keep the suite photos against the Double room. Essentially, what you see is what you don't get. The initial room allotted had abundance of mosquitoes and had been heavily sprayed with HIT/Insect Spray when we entered, making it unsafe for people to breathe. The second room allotted had a lizard in the bathroom. Since the bathroom window did not have appropriate sealing mechanism, it was open for insects /lizards to enter as they wish. Finally, to top it all, the facilities were broken. The telephone provided in the room was in operational in 2 out of 3 rooms. To get a dental kit, had to walk to the reception 3 times because the service was so pathetic that a simple dental kit wasn't provided even after 50 minutes. And all this happened at 11 PM. The housekeeping guy, instead of giving the dental kit was skeptical and said it must be in the bathroom. He entered the bathroom and checked as if we were lying to him to get a dental kit. Finally, he came with a dental kit at 12 in the midnight after I had gone to the reception and essentially confronted them about the pathetic service and scam of "give us 2 minutes" had been going on for about 50 minutes.

1. Restaurant staff behaved as if they are doing a favour serving food 2. Asked for coffee however they forgot to serve 3. No toiletries at hotel, when asked they say, nobody asks for it so we don’t provide 4. Room was full of hair, asked them to change the room and the bedsheets 5. Staff needs a lot of training and even the Owner of resort didn’t respond back with a note of sorry when complaint was given
