• This homestay is suitable for friends and family who like to have a good time in a peaceful area.

• This property is a 2 rooms private property with an adjoining cafe with mountains and a stream view.

• It has 2 double beds, and 3-floor mattresses can be provided which makes it total accommodation for 7 people.

• For 2 guests and a kid, you will get one room and another room will be shared with another guest.

• To book the whole property, you need to book for min. 3 to max. 7 guests.

• All necessary photos are uploaded on agoda.

• Masha Homestay is located between Kangra/Dharamshala Airport to Dharamshala Town.

• Airport - 8 Kms (15 Mins)

• Dharamshala Town - 4 Kms (10 mins)

• Mcleodganj - 20 Kms (45 mins)

• Most of the attraction points for the traveler are around this property, which means this is at the center. I will share the map with you when you will reach here.

• For transportation, I can arrange a taxi or you can hire scooty or bike as well, for which you need to book in advance.

• FOOD:

• This being a homestay room price includes only accommodation.

• There is a small kitchen with an induction to make tea/coffee and to warm the food.

• For proper meals, you can order fresh, healthy, and tasty food & beverages from adjacent Rahi Cafe and you will get a 10% discount on each meal.

• WI-FI:

• We have a fiber internet connection with very good wi-fi speed but being this a mountain area sometimes you may face issues regarding the connection and speed. But it is not always the case and issues get solved in a few minutes or hours. So, if you need to work for many hours online then it is suggested that you carry your internet as well.

• PARKING:

• Free car parking is available here.

• AMBIENCE:

• This property is in a village and so has a peaceful ambiance with nearby mountains and stream view. You can see this in the photo.

• CLEANING:

• Room Cleaning is between 11 am to 12 noon.

• NEIGHBORHOOD:

• It is in the village area and a family & neighbors are living on the same premises. So, pls avoid loud music or a party after 9 pm. Also, here law doesn't allow noise/party at night after certain hours.

• EXTRA CHARGES:

• There will be an extra charge for any breakage or loss in the property that occurred by the guest.

• There are extra charges for cleaning utensils, clothes, pet hosting charges (if you have), and during winter - heater and campfire.
