We had one accidental night in Eyafushi, and decided to stay in that area. There are only two guest houses on the island, and we couldn't find the other, so we had no other choice, really. The positive things are that it's clean, proper, and a decent place to put down our bags for a night. The negative is that it's very overpriced given what you get for your money, we had no internet (even though they promised to fix it for us, something that caused us a big problem regarding my work). Honestly, it felt like they just planned not to activate it. And that we had to go to the other side of the island to get our breakfast (something they failed to mention). Furthermore, the alleged "welcome drink" was promptly forgotten, although that wasn't such a big deal. Finally, when they offered to drive us to the ferry again the next afternoon, the driver asked us for payment for the "taxi", which felt very cheeky. This is probably the best option on the island. But that's only because the other option was not possible to find. And you'd probably be better off finding a place to stay on a different island altogether. Hopefully they will lower their prices in the future to make this place more correctly and adequately priced.
