Place well kept overall. I would recommend keeping a dehumidifier in the place overall to keep humidity down and keep the place fresh and reduce the hot feeling in the building. Only bad part was they didn't provide any small tea or coffee in the room even though they provided a hot pot and coffee cups and spoons. They never provided any tea bags or coffee. Place was clean and WiFi was good.

1 star para sa staff na babae na chubby at morena kulang sya sa customer service. Pag may concern ang customer NO option agad sya unless mag reklamo ka talaga sa kanya. But we commend good customer service kay kuya na maliit na lalaki at yong night shift na lalaki sa reception and yong guard they always smile and greet their customers.

We booked a Deluxe Room (advertised as 36 sqm), so we were expecting a noticeably spacious setup. However, the room we were given felt more like a standard room—around 25 sqm or even smaller. It didn’t match what we expected based on the description. When we arrived, only the 2nd floor had lights on, so it seemed like there weren’t many guests staying at the time. We’re not sure if that affected room assignments, but it’s something to note. Maintenance could also use improvement. The faucet handle was broken and kept falling off, and the shower knob had the same issue, which made using the bathroom a bit inconvenient. There was also no hair blower provided, which is usually standard in many hotels. That said, the room itself was clean, which we appreciated. There’s also a water dispenser outside the rooms, which is convenient and eco-friendly. The location is great—very accessible and close to key spots in Kalibo. Overall, it’s okay for a short stay, but the room size and maintenance didn’t quite meet our expectations for a Deluxe booking.

The hotel boasts an excellent and highly accessible location, making it very convenient for travelers. The room and bathroom were both spotless, which we greatly appreciated. While a thicker blanket would have been ideal, it wasn’t a significant issue. I didn’t inquire about the Wi-Fi, so I’m unsure if it was available. One standout feature was the TV with Netflix, adding entertainment value to our stay. It was also thoughtful of the hotel to provide slippers for guests, which added a nice touch of comfort and convenience. The price is excellent for the quality of accommodation you’ll get in Kalibo, offering great value for money. Overall, our stay was truly pleasant.
