Place was clean enough and staff were polite and helpful but felt they were fighting a loosing battle with a place that could be really good if it had a bit of money and work put into it. It had the feel of a hostel rather than Deluxe studios. Room was ok, but was only the size of a standard double hotel room just had a kitchentte build into a cupboard but missed basic amenities such as extra pillows, knives for eating, coat hooks even. They have "silent hours" between 10pm and 9am but as there is no staff present at this time its not managed so guests are free to be as loud as they like as late as hey like and some rooms do accommodate up to 4 people. Not our cup of tea but lesson learned.

I was assualted by an UNLICENSED SECURITY individual who had been placed to act as security was not . This individual entered my room and assaulted me with bruises. This person and the Receptionist stood there pleasuring themselves in front of a woman.

they have men working for them who go about knocking on apartment of single females very late around 12pm to 2pm night time. Security are not real security. Quests have been assaulted

one or two persons have been assaulted by people working in a license role without holding a license to act as Security officer.
