This was a great find for solo travelers, couples and families with kids. The Family Room is spacious with a king size bed and bunk beds (see pictures). Large spacious bathroom, mini fridge, couch and a place to put luggage. Also has a large desk with chair. TV was very easy to use and to hook up a streaming device was simple and fast. I used my Amazon FireTV stick 4K with my VPN. No issues. Roku, Apple TV etc will work as well. One downside for 2025... Wifi is SLOW! 12Mbps down is atrocious. I expected faster Wi-Fi at a nice hotel like this. Bathroom and room we very clean. Water pressure was great giving you the options of rain fall, spray or handheld. Soap, shampoo and conditioner were all great. Drinking water is free, ask for as much as you like. The AC worked very well. Beds are super comfortable! Ohh my goodness! Some of the best I've slept in and I've traveled all over the world for a long time now. The roof top pool on the 26th floor is awesome! Great variety for all ages. Incredible views and really good food. I tried a lot of things from the menu and it was all good. Really great Mocktails since I do not drink alcohol always love seeing that. Highly recommend the Kiwi Cooler 👍👍 it transforms on three weekends at night with DJ and lights but I'd still kid friendly. Room service was amazing and very fast. All the food was really good. Staff was awesome! Everyone was so nice. I am realty going to miss them all. They made the week a really special stay. They work so hard. Spa located by the gym on the 25th floor is really nice. I was very impressed and highly recommend you try it. Book in advance though. Beaches including family friendly are located right across the street. Very convenient. There also a boardwalk that goes for miles and beaches for adults, kids, young people, you'll find it all. Breathtaking views and cheap. There's a convenience store right next door Z-Mart to get snacks and drinks and even cherry coke. Overall I'm very happy choosing this hotel and would for sure come back here. I highly recommend it and I hope you have an amazing vacation in Da Nang. I had an amazing time in the Miami of Asia

Tulamben sea view & the great mount agung are absolutely stunning. very quiet because far from main road. the only cons (depend on pov), no television.

Good value for money. The place is clean and tidy. Suitable for both leisure stays and freediving courses. Entryway isn’t well established, but it’s convenient for scooter or bike users.

If you are looking for the best place in Tulamben in my opinion this has got to be the number 1 place! After a few days staying here I realized that owner Scott and his wife Melati didn’t just made sure everything was done right and made the experience a great one but always went the extra mile in ensuring the safety and well being of their guests were the top priority. The Pros : I really don’t know where to start or what I loved the most but everything was just amazing. From the moment the reception very nice welcoming staff( Huge thank you to Eva and Summmeeee)😉😄greeted me up and oriented me about the place and all the details up until the last second of my stay. The restaurant staff Sri and Sri Annie were super professional and courteous in every way and served everything with a beautiful smile🌹(also not to forget Kadek and the other boys at breakfast were super 👍👍). Food and beverages choices Had plenty to choose from for breakfast lunch and dinner and from resort prices standpoint food was very reasonably priced! Housekeeping staff made my super clean modern room spotless🙏🏼 each time they came in. Diving operation by Nyoman was very well organized and professional including his junior guides like Kadek who helped with every little detail from making sure my equipment were handled properly before and after each dive to choosing the dive sites, guides and planning, so big thumbs up for the diving crew👍👍👍. And last but not least the architecture of the place, the ambiance, how it was built with its beautiful gardens, sea and Mountain View’s made the experience unforgettable … thanks to the designer owner Scott imagination of course😉😁. I enjoyed chatting with Scott daily when I caught him in the entrance area chilling out😄 on my way to and back from diving. I loved this place so much to the extent that when I was leaving I thought that I won’t be telling anyone about this this hidden gem so I can keep it just to myself every time I want to come back to heaven on earth😅but then decided that it was not fair😉😅) The Cons : I loved this place so much so I extended an extra week of diving in Tulamben and didn’t get a chance to do other activities in Amed or Denpasar as previously planned 😄 Thanks to everyone at Palm Springs and hope to see you again👋
