호텔 콜리브리

C'était un séjour court, du cendredi au dimanche. Nous n'avions malheureusement pas eu la possibilité d'avoir un repas au sein de l'hôtel. Prévoir d'aller à l'hôtel koniambo pour manger. Nous étions seules mais c'est sécurisé. Nous avions espoir de nous prélasser au bord de la piscine mais en vain. La piscine n'était pas disponible. Chambre propre et convenable. Les murs sont fins, par contre.

Lovely big room with tea and coffee making stuff, comfy bed, swimming pool and very quiet surrounds. Had an amazing 10 hour sleep! But be warned the reception is not open on sundays for check in so I arrived at 5.30pm and the front gate was locked and I had no way of getting in. Also backpacking so no internet to call anyone. After much calling and looking through windows I found a key in the mailbox which got me in the gate but then had to try lots of the doors of hotel rooms until I found one the key opened lol. There’s no restaurant either and it’s a long way from the town plus everything is closed anyway so bring food (hence location rating). The receptionist was amazing once they opened at 7am the next day. he was a huge help to me in the morning calling my hire car company and answering all my questions once I got on the wifi for google translate 😂 he also spoke English too. An absolute star. I think the room, surrounds and staff were 5*, but for me the price was more than a weeks rents for one night and it was the cheapest in kone! So I find it hard to say value for money with no dinner options, breakfast and check in process. But would recommend if you don’t mind that stuff.

Pas de réceptionniste à l'accueil, nous avons appelé plusieurs fois au téléphone avant qu'il sorte de son bureau. Le minimum est fait. J'ai payé le petit déjeuner avec la chambre (1200 cfp), mais la proposition était juste une boisson chaude et encore dans un espace vide ,ça fait cher le petit déjeuner. Les chambres sont agréables et propres.

We stayed 1 night at Colibri and enjoyed the getaway from the coastal outlook and to the mountains as our back drop for a change. The room was nice, clean and had everything we needed however, unfortunately there was only 1 towel available in our room and when we went to reception to see if we could get another, the staff member had temporarily closed reception which we later discovered after passing him on our way out was due to him going to town with his mates to buy beers. The pool area was nice but certainly requires some maintenance to tidy it up, there was tiles missing on the ground and I kept finding other people's hair floating in the water around me. No other facilities were available as the kitchen / dining area seems to have been decommissioned except for a microwave.

Un petit hôtel sans prétention mais vraiment sympa une belle déco des beaux volumes une piscine et un espace extérieur arboré le tout bien entretenu ce qui n'est pas si courant en Calédonie.
