Aquamare Beach Camp Resort

Our recent trip to Siquijor was a wonderful experience, especially because the location of the place is away from the usual tourist spots. This was a big plus for us, as we wanted to avoid crowded resorts and enjoy a more peaceful, laid back atmosphere. The quiet surroundings made it easy to relax and truly appreciate the natural beauty of the island. What made our stay even more special was that we stayed in a glamping house, which was a unique and refreshing experience—particularly for my kids. It was something different from the usual hotel or resort setup, and they genuinely enjoyed the novelty of it. It felt cozy, close to nature, and memorable in its own way. Overall, the stay was comfortable and pleasant, and we had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. The only downside was the karaoke coming from a neighboring resort, which could get a bit loud at times. Aside from that, our stay was very good, and we would still recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, unique stay in Siquijor, especially those traveling with family.

Pros: 1. Value for money Yes! 2. Beach front with swimming pool 3. Dome type is instagrammable 4. Band at night every weekend 5. They have generator and wifi Cons: 1. Electric socket bring your own extension for your gadget. 2. The resort is far away from main land so you better have plans before going here unless you want to stay in the resort whole day 3. Dont be tricked by the picture in agoda, double check if you will get the dome type or the tent type kind of reservation. 4. Food is a little bit pricey but is good except sisig. 5. You cant eat inside your room as per staff big Ant will go to your room 😅

It can be a little pricey compared to San Juan area but if you're looking for peace and quiet location, choose this.

The room was so cute! Clean, comfortable bed, generous with pillows, and strong aircon. Bathroom had hot water. They have 2 pools, we tried 1 and it was really nice. There’s also a beach front but not really for swimming, since it’s more mangroves/sea grass. Location is a bit far from though from the central area of San Juan, so you really need a car or motorcycle. Internet is available, a bit spotty depending on where you are in the resort. Also appreciate the fact that they have generators ready. Would recommend!
