HOTEL NAYARA

Great food here, a must try. Hidden off the flyover and not easy to find, but, a decent stay in a budget.

The hotel was clean and the staff was courteous. The only issue I faced was the unavailability of warm water, despite requesting it multiple times during my stay. Still, I’d definitely recommend this place.

Hotel ki cleaning aur hygiene bahut kharab thi. Room mein aate hi ajeeb si smell thi aur bedsheets par daag thhe. Bathroom bhi theek se saaf nahi tha. Yahan rukna hygienic nahi laga

Very nice Hotel for the stay and food

This seems to a booze hotel, where uncles and student book rooms for booze. Cleanliness is a myth here, Man who sits at reception during night shift is arrogant and very unwelcoming. On complain about bedsheets (where hairs were clearly visible), pillow and blanket (all were dirty). Rooms very smelling smoky (we chose non smoking room). Some perfume was spreaded but didn’t cover completely. Then we ordered food, plates were unclean, when I complained about same receptionist was like you have too much problem. I showed him then how dirty plates were. He got it replaced then. Mattress wasn’t ok then he told spring might be loose and they have this only. Our stays was for 2 nights but after first night I wanted to checkout but day receptionist and manger convinced me to fix all problems and I handed over the key and said will comeback. But my family didn’t agree to go back to such a mess. So I had to book another hotel for next day. Shamelessly night manager called me for food bill which we hardly ate due to super cleanliness and added water bottle charge which they provided for the room. I replied in his tone only. Then next day got call from day manager, he was nice person so I paid the bill online. But won’t recommend this for family. THIS HOTEL AND NIGHT TIME MANAGER IS A BIG BIG NO FOR A FAMILY STAY.
