Had a wonderful honeymoon in the cruise. Crew really makes sure you are comfortable. Really liked the food. Customer service is what makes it exceptional. Peter and Harry made our stay wonderful. My partner was vegetarian and they made sure she had a lot of options. They went above and beyond to make sure there were no issues. They made sure from food to checkout everything was seamless. They made our honeymoon special with a surprise celebration . Can’t recommend this cruise enough to relax and spend a couple of days away in nature with utmost comfort.

Our stay on the Elite of the Seas was absolutely amazing! The ship and the food were wonderful, but what truly sets this cruise apart is the incredible staff. I want to express my deepest gratitude to Peter, the Customer Service Manager. His hospitality, leadership, and attention to detail are truly world-class. He went above and beyond to make our trip incredibly special and memorable from the moment we boarded. We cannot thank him enough! I also want to give a special shoutout to our server, Ryan. Unfortunately, my wife felt a bit unwell with an upset stomach and seasickness during the trip. Ryan was incredibly kind, empathetic, and quick to help us get the right medicine and support we needed. His warm and caring attitude brought us so much comfort during a worrying moment. Thank you to Peter, Ryan, and the entire team for a true 5-star experience. We highly recommend this cruise!

We just finished an incredible one night anniversary cruise and couldn't be happier! Tony did a fantastic job organizing our special celebration—from the romantic room arrangements to the surprise anniversary cake served during dinner service. He even assisted us with the drone shots and patiently waited for us to experience the cooking demo. His attention to detail made us feel like royalty. Alex provided some of the best service we’ve ever experienced; he is a true asset to the crew and made every moment seamless. He will make sure everything is up to your standards. He takes his time with guests, explaining Vietnamese culture which we truly appreciated. He was always one step ahead of our needs with a smile. The Halong Bay scenery is breathtaking, but it’s the staff that makes this cruise truly “elite”. From the luxury suite views to the gourmet seafood dinners, everything was 6-star. Highly recommend for any special occasion! Don't hesitate to book!
