I stayed at Hotel O Hema Holiday Home, Old Manali from 3-4 June 2026 with my family एंड friends. 1. *Hygiene Issue:* Rooms and toilets were not cleaned. The washroom was in an unhygienic state with bad odor, making it unusable for family and children. 2. *No Hot Water:* Geyser was non-functional during our entire stay. In Manali's cold weather in June, this caused extreme discomfort. We complained to property staff but no resolution was provided. 3. *No Parking:* The listing did not disclose that there is zero parking facility. We had to park our vehicle far away on the main road, As a paying customer, basic hygiene and hot water are minimum

Stayed here for 2 days and would like to recommend this hotel/lodge to everyone if you want to stay in the middle of Old Manali. This place is just 100 mts away from Old Manali bridge and also this is very budgeted. The best part in this lodge is they still have pine wood interior rooms which gives you the best feeling during your stay. And also the staff is very helpful and reliable.

I traveled with my family where my one kid is 4 year old. There staff is not supportive, even I discussed with there seniors but no help I got. I requested them for 1 hour early check-in due to small kid but they denied and asked for more money. First they asked to check with OYO team and when they confirmed then also they denied the things. Never select this to stay.
