The house is clean & comfortable, but I think the toilet needs to be cleaned again. What surprised me was the location of this guesthouse.. I didn't think it was close to the cemetery, but still ok, nothing scary..

Great for larger groups, quite basic but cozy
Stayed in a 3 bedroom guest house for 2 nights. Was close to Kundasang town, which was the mid point of all the destinations. It was near the cemetery but I did not see it much at all. Road into the location was a bit rocky and steep but only for less than 100 metres. The neighbourhood is serene, and the views were great. Was fairly clean, but amenities and facilities were basic. Enough for us though, we spent most of the time exploring the outdoors anyway. Kitchen has plates, cups, bowls, fridge and a pot and pan. No spices no sauces, but that's okay! Wee bit older building wise on the inside. Wee bit dusty in some corners. Some insects around. Bar soap, towel and hair dryer provided. It was all we needed it to be.

Mixed feelings
I stayed at this guest house in Kundasang and found the experience to be mixed. Pros: The room was spacious, making it suitable for families or groups. The mini kitchen was convenient for preparing simple meals, and the balcony was a pleasant feature for fresh air and relaxation. The location is good, with a nearby supermarket and a Chinese restaurant within easy reach. Attractions around Kundasang are also not too far away, making it convenient for sightseeing. The guest house is peaceful and offers a lovely view of the surrounding mountains, which adds to its charm. Cons: The main drawback was the extremely low water pressure, which made showering very difficult—especially for guests with long hair. In addition, several items in the room were noticeably worn out, including the door lock, sofa, and bunk bed. Some of these felt faulty and in need of repair or replacement. The guest house is located next to a cemetery, resulting in a very quiet environment. While this may appeal to some guests, others may find the surroundings uncomfortable.

Strategic place!
The place is within the small town, so you can actually travel around by car within minutes. I had a great view of the mountain from my room. I am satisfied with my stay there.
