Very spacious and clean 😍

Stayed here on 13–14 Sept 2025. I want to be honest: the location is convenient, but the house condition was unacceptable. The sofa and some furnitures had visible stains, the curtains were stained too and there was dust and grime on the bedside table. The bathroom had poor ventilation and some mould around the grout. Attached are photos of the stains and mould. The balcony patio and sofa were torn and broken, no as per picture. Swimming is decent but the water condition is very bad & we had skin rashes after using the swimming pool. If the property underwent a proper deep clean and replaced the worn furniture, this could be a pleasant stay. As it stands, I can’t recommend this homestay for families or anyone sensitive to cleanliness. I hope the host addresses these issues for future guests.

Positive Feedback: Spacious and new place. Equipped with good internet connection. --- Negative Feedback: The place was not cleaned prior to our arrival. Many lizards and cockroaches, and droppings too spotted around and in the house. We had to wash the entire porch, patio, and clean the kitchen upon check-in. The pool was dirty with dry leaves, insects, and other debris floating in the water. Shared bathroom on the 1st floor had flushing issues—water kept returning. Several bedsheets had lizard droppings on them. Stairway handrail was damaged with a hole, posing a safety hazard. We had to cover it with cardboard to prevent injury. Microwave was dirty, and the same applied to the kitchen utensils. Ceiling fan in the 2nd-floor room was extremely slow despite the room having 4 large beds—ventilation was poor. One of the outdoor path drain covers was slippery with moss (lumut), causing a child to slip and fall.

We had a short staycation with few friends together, the karaoke set might not be so useful, but it's definitely spacious enough which you can cook/order food/steamboat/bbq. So long you've prepare every cooking materials that you need and you're the chef of the day. The water dispenser is rather out of my expectation as I thought it will be a cold and hot water dispenser which turns out the it just a normal water filter with separate hot water boiler which is insufficient to fill up drinking water on demand. As we gonna wait for water to boil too. Jug provided to temporary store drinking water is leaking too which makes the floor and carpet wet throughout the days. Owner might need to look into this matter. Hopefully the check-in hours can be earlier so we can enjoy longer.
