Lokasi ok, parking ada, kebersihan out. Lantai berlubang, tombol rosak, lantai tandas Kotor, siling tandas bocor, bawah katil Kotor,

A good stay. Facility all working. But some need to be fix and improved. Cleanliness was okay. Easy access when have wheelchair using lift to level4. Only a parking to the G floor doesn't have lift but manageable. 5-10 minutes to Pasar Siti Khadijah, Subway, Mydin and viral cafe. Basically it was a strategic place to stay. At night got band performance. Which is nice.

Food hunting, shopping at nearby bazar and night life cafe is within walking distance which is a saver when you get free parking for guesthouses. The aircond is working very well and is the best since it is so hot out there. However, these are some area need to be improve, the cleanliness of room and toilet, door lock, cockroaches, please add on small knife, one of the double bed the spring already not in good condition at all. If you just need for shower and sleep at night, and spend more time exploring outside , it should be no problem at all.

Leakage from the hose....even there's no handle at the shower door. All the door panels are rotten due to termites. The curtains are stained ...it has been washed for almost a year The pillows are very dirty It's realty a ripe off Its the worst place to stay

Convenient location, room is good, jz the bed a lil bit uncomfortable, overall is good
