The room was clean and comfortable. The mattress and pillows were very soft and cozy, and the air conditioner was functioning well. However, I would like to suggest a few improvements. The USB plug in the room was not working and may need to be fixed. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, possibly from the drainage system in Room 430. Overall, the stay was pleasant. Thank you.

Excellent
We were allowed to check in at 530pm because the apartment wasnt ready yet. I arrived around 4pm with 2 small kids and my ill mom. We have to wait for 1.5hour before allowed to enter the apartment. I requested for late check out which was before 1pm but still got charged with late checkout penalty. I dont know how others would react but i didnt have time to argue coz i was in rush to go back to my hometown. Overall room is ok coz eateries are nearby.

Returning customers
We are returning customers. The services have always been friendly and informative. This time is quite different from the previous time because when we arrived past checking in time, our room is still not ready. Understandable, the hotel probably fully booked due to weekend and water disruption in Miri. We wait around 10+ minutes waiting for our room to be ready. When we enter our room, the towels are still warm. The water heater is working just fine, but the pipe cap came off. Maintenance team should check it out. I think previously there is teaspoon provided in the room but this time there is no teaspoon.
