Pros: Easy Checkin & out : self via whatapp, detail explanations . Parking: dedicated space , self register Unit at ground floor. Inside rooms is big, spacey & adequately clean. Kitchens is basic equipped & clean Improvement necessary: door 1 lock entry (need a padlock on metal grills), very dark & stuffy cz of all blackout curtains (need insect netting, at windows & balcony). Extra floor mattress & bed sheet stained.

The good points: - Location is great - Spacious apartment - 3 Bedrooms (double beds in each) + two bathrooms for a great price Could be much better: 1. Build quality and maintenance of the apartment block is poor. - One lift was not working throughout our stay. - Floor corridor lights were not on at night - Shower draining hole is poorly made, the entire bathroom area floods every time you have a shower - WC doesn't stop filling after flushing. - Sewerage smell coming from the drain holes 2. For an apartment that sleeps at least 6 adults, there is not enough basic cutlery and crockery (plates, cups, forks and spoons etc) for 6 people. 3. There is no internet / Wifi access, and network coverage in the apartment for CelcomeDigi is very weak, almost non-existent. We would have preferred that the owners spent the money to provide internet access for tenants, rather than on Astro. 4. Bedding and towels were clean but yellowed - doesn't look so good. 5. A few of the window handle/locks were missing - so they could not be secured 6. Clothes rails and some electrical points were loose (not secured properly into the wall).
