Hostal Vara Madrid

The location is good. I just want to emphasize that there should be be a reception and a staff. When I arrived, there is no staff. Good thing that I was able to enter the building because there is a resident going inside. I have to press many times the doorbell to enter the reception bec there is no staff. It’s was the repairman that opened the door for me and called Hostal Vara Madrid owner to give me the key of the room after I told him that I have a confirm booking. In fairness to Hostal they informed me ahead of time to register as an added options. But they did not informed me that there will be nobody at the reception. I arrived at the Hostal 2:30pm. Your own lookout if you want this kind of establishment

El hostal está ubicado en una zona bastante céntrica. A 10 minutos a pie del Arco del Retiro. El personal es muy amable, las habitaciones son pequeñas pero muy limpias y tienen aire acondicionado. Lo recomiendo de todo corazón. ¡Estoy deseando volver! 😘❤️

Nice room with everything you need close to El Matador and the metro. The staff was very keen to resolve a shower issue quickly. The only negative point is that there was only one socket. Would recommend for a budget stay.
