Room needs maintenance
The ceiling is full of mould, honestly would feel that with some maintenance, the room would be much more presentable. Wanted to use the gym but was told that it is only for residents not sure if the apartment changed its policy as it was not our first time staying in Almas Suite. So far we didn’t have any issues in using the gym. Shop below only opens at 10am, place us further out from the city so need to stock up your food or water, ordering by Grab is also convenient. We had trouble turning on the aircon as the battery was dead had to switch the batteries and retry until we could on the aircon.

Overall, I’m satisfied with my stay. I believe the price matches the quality, but there’s room for improvement in cleanliness.

Service and facilities is good
My sons are happy. Even though staying in one night, they happy to stay there. The room is clean. Got netflix and youtube. Got water heater. Superb. Only because the house is at level 19, the rest are okay. Will come again if have business trip at Johor.

Fast respond if we ask question. Good stay and i enjoy stayed here for my work trip. nice view. got sliding door between room and living room. easy to check in. the guard at front desk very helpful. will repeat again if i have work trip to johor.
