Pros: • Excellent room facilities: It comes with a spacious bedroom, a huge bathroom, and a big bathtub. • Great privacy: The private mini pool was a wonderful addition. • Bed so fluffy & clean. Cons: • Poor communication & service: There was no room telephone or service center contact provided. If we needed anything, we literally had to walk all the way to the lobby. Even before arrival, we were frustrated because all listed phone numbers were unresponsive or unavailable. • Lacking maintenance: The resort feels like it used to be a luxury property back then, but now it's poorly maintained. In our room, the glass window was cracked/broken and the curtains were ripped. • Inconvenient amenities & location: The resort is located quite far from the main street, and since there is no mini-fridge in the room, it was very difficult for us to store snacks and cold beverages.

Nice and secluded, staff are nice but enough for 2 nights not longer. Beach not swimable pool only with the room you book, the big pool only for the villa

From our checkin, we were treated like royalty. Ariel, the chef looked after us so well. What a great talent this young man has. He cooked amazing fish for us for dinner. His little friend made the most special towel arrangement for us. Our house was amazing. Felt like we were millionaires. We will come back to Lombok purely for this accommodation and service. Thank you for having us.

Everything is great about this hotel, but a huge problem is food, you need to have a car or a moped to get around and the lack of restaurants in the area makes it hard to enjoy your stay. the staff are more than willingly go and grab you anything you wish. one point since my last visit is the hotel seems to be a bit neglected and falling apart.
