The Serenity Resort

Review of Serenity Resort in Wayanad I stayed at Serenity Resort for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The resort is located in a scenic area surrounded by lush greenery and hills. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, with all the amenities you need. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive, and the food is delicious and varied. The resort offers many activities such as infinity pool overlooking the reservoir and spa treatments. I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful views of nature. Serenity Resort is a perfect place to relax and rejuvenate.

The rooms are good and have great view. Breakfast spread was a disappointment. Otherwise enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in Serenity resort for 2 nights and must say it is an absolutely lovely place to spend your vacation and relax. Surrounded by the lake and greenery, you hear the birds chirp and breathe fresh air. Each room comes with a balcony where you can spend the morning or evening.

This is a very good property with very nice view.

I visited this place after reading the positive reviews and the beautiful pictures in the internet. The resort is no doubt extremely scenic and beautiful. Located just beside the banasuda river the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I stayed at room 207 which had a nice view of the lake from the balcony. The room was very clean and was equipped with all the facilities like fridge, Ac etc. We took a couple massage and the masseuse were very friendly and professional at their job. Felt very relaxed after the massage. There were several options for activities like badminton, indoor games and a swimming pool as well which we enjoyed. Now coming to the food. The food was in one word "Disgusting". We had ordered chilli cheese Toast which costed 200. Just a piece of bread cut into 4 pieces covered in green chilis. It was hard to gulp it down. Called the chef and provided feedback as well. . Then I asked whether the alfredo pasta would be edible or not and he was very confident hence ordered it. Seriously speaking I could just eat one spoon. The Pasta sauce was extremely lumpy and the flour was not mixed properly, also they had put potato in the pasta.I mean who does that,? I just couldn't eat it and returned the same to the kitchen. The chef called me for my feedback for the pasta and I provided the same. There was no apology for serving disgusting food. The next day when we checked out We were given the food bill. For serving Rs 200 food they charged Rs 448 tax every time. What kind of logic they use for room service calculation I donot understand. My food bill was 1092 and room service charge was 896 approx . 90% charge. .I was under the impression that the chef would not be charging me for the pasta because I didnot at all consume it. But they definitely charged me for it and charged me for Room service as well. If you are a foodie never visit this place.
