Do not stay in this hotel ever. At first, they gave me a wrong type of room. When I entered, the smell was utterly over-whelming. There was also stains on the sofa and mould in bathroom. I requested to change the room and only then, did they realise the mistake they made and changed the room. The horror was not over! Although, the second room had less smell, the outside was unkempt. The toilet seat also was the most dirtiest I had seen. The icing on the cake was the free pass to the so-called waterpark given for the stay there. It was the saddest waterpark I have ever seen. Horror stay!

Worst stay ever!

Bayaran tak termasuk waterpark
Stay sini rabu-jumaat, bukan time cuti sekolah bayar rm140 utk 1. mlm. Harga yg sama kalau walk in dah boleh dpt free 2 ticket waterpark. Ingatkan harga pakej, mcm bayou lagoon melaka harga agoda dah include ticket waterpark. Landscape bamboo mcm dlm gambar. Nyamuk byk, stray dogs pun byk. Kawasan cafe kopi laut mcm abandoned. Bilik luas, ada aircond, kipas, TV channel standard. Water pressure rendah. Ada gayung and baldi tp berkeladak.

Disappointing stay
The cleanliness of the room was subpar. The water pressure in the bathroom & toilet was terrible. Tho, the hotel was next to the water park which was a plus point but the room conditions made our overall experience was disappointing.
