Great Location for University Visits, but Needs Some Maintenance

Overall Experience: The house is generally pleasant and provided a comfortable stay. Its location is a major plus point, as it is very near to UMT and UniSZA, making it extremely convenient for anyone visiting the universities. The Positives: • Cleanliness: The house was clean and well-maintained in terms of hygiene. • Ambiance: A pleasant and okay environment for a family stay. Areas for Improvement: • Safety Concern: The marble flooring right in front of the toilet is damaged and needs to be fixed properly. Currently, it is only covered with a mat/rug, which is not sufficient to prevent cuts if someone trips. • Maintenance: One of the toilet doorknobs is loose/faulty and needs a repair. • Facilities: The water pressure was a bit low during our stay, which made showering a little less convenient. Summary: A good choice for location, but a few maintenance fixes would make it a 5-star experience.

Homestay selesa, tilam empuk. Perlu sediakan tisu dlm rumah, tiada jam di ruang tamu. Terdapat kerosakan pada pintu tandas dan flush tidak berpungsi dgn baik.

Alhamdulillah pergi dgn 4 org family. Cosy, clean and most importantly comfortable! Ada 3 bilik and setiap bilik ada aircond. Rumah penuh dgn kelengkapan spt coway, waching machine etc. Access ke KT pun dekat. Memang ngam utk family
