The hotel has a very clean surrounding, with a comfortable bed, soft pillows, and fresh duvet. The toilet is spotless and well-maintained. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is delicious, and the self-service check-in is smooth and convenient. However, parking can be difficult and there is no lift, which may be inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage. Overall, still a pleasant stay. A free welcome drink was a nice touch

Perfect little gem for solo traveller who love food

I stayed one night at Suite 18 Boutique Hotel as a solo traveler and I’m already planning my next trip back to Kuala Terengganu just because of this place! The location in the middle of Chinatown is absolutely unbeatable if you love eating (which I do!). Within a 5-minute walk I had some of the best street food I’ve ever tried: crispy apam balik, fragrant nasi dagang for breakfast, charcoal-grilled satay, and amazing Hainanese chicken rice. A little further (10–12 min walk) and you reach the Central Market (Pasar Payang) where I stuffed myself with keropok lekor and otak-otak. At night I even found a Thai stall near the river serving killer tom yum and mango sticky rice. Food heaven!

Nak kena cun waktu check in baru dapat register untuk check in..tak boleh kurang kalau check in pkl 2 mesti pkl 2 juga baru dapat check in walau pun bilik ready untuk check in

A pleasant stay with a good vibes.

Overall, I'm not facing any problem while staying with this hotel. A very good location, near to Pasar Payang and bus terminal. Plenty of local eateries nearby, 7Eleven just next door and the hotel itself at the centre of Kampung Cina. This area, its one of the main attraction in Kuala Terengganu. At night, there's night market where they sells lots of street foods. About the room, its clean. Air conditioning is good. Mattress, pillow and blanket is clean and comfortable. Bathroom always clean and a minimalize style. Just, I have a little fight with mosquitoes in the bedroom and washroom which I guess it can be improve in future. They hotel was a walk up, every floor had a water dispenser. Overall, all is beyond expectation especially for the respectful and friendly staffs - its a plus point.

Good location to walk around the sites and town Very comfortable bed, basic but functional and clean with most things that you need and good air conditioning. I slept well! No elevator - so be ready to climb some stairs
