Spent 1 night here and had a great stay! The location is super convenient, close to Mr. DIY, 7-Eleven, and other shops. Very comfortable place and the price is very reasonable for a 3 bedroom homestay with a total of 6 single beds . Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Honestly, for the price, I didn’t expect anything too fancy, so I won’t complain much about the facilities. However, the cleanliness was quite disappointing. We found a dead maggot on the kitchen floor, which was quite unpleasant. We also didn’t feel comfortable using the master bedroom toilet for bowel movements. The shower water pressure was quite weak, and the aircond didn’t seem to be cooling properly, maybe because it needs servicing. The living room had a standing fan, but it was more like an air purifier, so it didn’t really help with the heat. On the bright side, the staff were really responsive and helpful whenever we contacted them, so that was definitely a plus. The location is also convenient, with 7-Eleven and DIY within walking distance. Overall, it was an okay stay for the price, but hopefully the cleanliness and some of the facilities can be improved for future guests.

Mininalist house with fully equiped
Near shoplot (farmacy, 7eleven, Mr DIY) and near the main road. Would be better if got aircond at living hall because the place too hot. All rooms got aircond.
