Property size was impressive for 2 BR 2 toilets Toilet floor was slippery, a bit dangerous for my toddler but there was no fall BR2 electricity outlet is obscured by the bed. The layout of BR2 can be improved. Location was convenient for driving. Parking instructions were OK. But we have to drive up at least 6 to 7 floors to get to assigned parking lot which is annoying. Bed linen was clean, no itchiness after the stay. Pillows were very basic and too soft. If you have neck issues, bring your own travel pillow(!) MBR layout was good. Whatsapp comms with property manager went smoothly. This property requires deposit which was also returned promptly. You can Paynow to their Msia phone number(!) Check in instructions could have been shared a little earlier to reduce chance of missing out the info. Overall a pleasant stay. Thank you(!)

The apartment is spacious and comes equipped with basic furniture, which is appreciated. However, the overall condition feels a little run down — for example, the island sink tap is loose. There’s also no tissue box provided; it would be nice to have at least one or two available for guests. What was disappointing for me was that the TV wasn’t working. Although the Netflix app is available, there’s no valid account to access any content, and even regular TV channels weren’t functioning. After a long day of walking, I was hoping to relax and watch some news, but unfortunately that wasn’t possible.

We saw the reviews beforehand, however we thought that maybe there will be improvements by the owner. But regret to say that no. When we entered the apartment, my whole family got a shocked as the facilities are so run down such as spoiled toilet bowl covers, cracked walls, loose water taps, old furnitures etc.... There's also only 1 dustbin for the whole apartment which we find inconvenient. Due to the dirty wall in the 2nd bedroom, end up my partner has to sleep on the sofa throughout the 3 nights. And I also gotta chased for the check-in details, even refund process took days to complete after repeated chasing. The only few good things are, comfortable beds, strong water pressure for showering. Owner is prompt in handling our repeated entry issues with the QR access code.
