Spacious Rooms with Fans. It's only, the room we stay have electricity issue. Electricity short circuit while use water heater for shower, washing basin base leakage.

We only realised in the description after our booking that It is just a room, not whole apartment. Ours was last minute booking, so we proceed. So take note. Not recommended if all female travellers. Not recommended if u want privacy. Not recommended if you do not have a travellers mindset. Tip: whatsapp the property owner before coming. Fast response and he will provide clear instructions on how to get to the apartment. Once reached just whatsapp him and he will pass the keys, bring u to your room. (This part is unsafe for female travellers) Location: perfect. Just beside aeon tebrau, ikea, toppen. Have provision shop at 1st floor to get ur last minute toiletries. Nearby bistro and foodtruck within walking distance. Cleanliness: okay. Room clean, toilet clean. This is not a 5star apartment, so bring your own toiletries. Comfort: Ours was just for "sleep-stay", so its ok. Checked in at 11pm with family of 5. Since it has a shared common room, we just sneaked in to our bedroom. Toilet is in our room, so thats good. Next day woke up early, out and about again. Back to sleep at midnite and check out nx day 10am. 4 super thin pillows, with 2 thin sheets for blankets. Aircon minimum 24degrees with fan. Tatami queen bed is good. U can combine the mattress. Overall, room can be improvised in terms of nicer furniture, more power outlet, automated access to the front gate instead of using padlock. Overall pleasant short term stay.
