It was our first time at KSL Mall, and we were surprised at how it had everything we needed for a getaway - food, salons, massage, child play. The room we got is not the one in the photo though, it was more run down. The bath tub was wobbling. There were hiccups during the check-in as the keys were not where it should have been. Given that the keys have been used before by other occupants, they could have been easily duplicated, so there's a security concern there. Perhaps a digital lock will solve that concern, and the pass code should be changed often. Will rethink if we will book again during our next stay.

The lift was very bad. I had to wait for 110 MINUTES. I will never stay at KSL D’ Esplanade anymore again.

Host is very responsive, detailed instructions were given before reaching. Place is quite clean and it’s accessible to KSL Mall directly. Lots of place to visit nearby too. Bed and toilet is clean, aircon is cold too hehe.

One Bedroom Apartment
Very quick response whenever we chat whatapps . The room is quite dusty, floor is clean, sofa cannot sit as body become itchy. The main door knock handle lever broke, out of 4 lifts, only 3 is working. One of these 3 lifts, one lift also trapped family for 10 minutes. Then left with 2 lifts. Waiting for lift at peak time is terrible. One family told me she waited 45 minutes in the corridor while we are in the same lift. I have waited 15 minutes finally took one go to the top floor then come down. Never believe waiting for lift at least 30 minutes -45 minutes during peak time. wifi is unstable as i think its tapping on others. Many time cannot use or disconnected. Apartment is good only when all the facilities are in order. I have no other choice as hotel are fully booked. I would prefer hotel over apartment as feeling more comfortable and safer. The only benefit is having microwave and big fridge if you want to warm up packet food or store softdrinks or food. Toilet also not clean, water heater working.
