We had to queue for 30 mins to check-in. They should open more counter during peak hours. No towels in the room. We had to call the counter numerous times. Only got the towels after the second successful call (they had to recheck). The cleanliness of the room can be improved especially the windows and the windowsill. They’re dusty. Love the daybed by the window. It’s actually more comfortable than my creaking twin bed. Hope they can change the pillows to a more comfortable one. Extra comforter, iron (with ironing board), and sejadah were provided. The stairs leading up to our room is actually pretty dangerous - worn out with gaps everywhere. We used the next stairs which is way better. Probably a newly renovated one.

This is my 3rd time staying in this resort, everything is still the same as it is. What amazed me is that the staff are really superb. I realized that I needed an extra blanket around 11:30pm and it was raining outside, I texted the customer service on my request trying out my luck even though I knew the chance is very slim as it was really late. I was surprised that the staff really delivered the blanket to me despite the heavy rain! I am really happy with their service and will definitely come back again.

Stayed here many times. Noticed that the place cleanliness is getting worse. I hope they can take note on that. The room was not cleaned throughly. Still dirty and even tissue was still under the table. Swimming pool was dirty also. Staff were friendly and polite.

Good stay for a small family of 5. There is sofa bed that size similar tu queen bed. However, the cleanliness need to be improved. As for the room and also the swimming pool. And the food also for me is tasteless.. View and environment is amazing.

1. Not sure it's because my room, the WIFI is useless. 2. Seen cockroach in the toilet, i realized it has open space so didn't make a big deal and i killed immediately. Later i ask them to clean my room but i did not mention the dead cockroach in the toilet. I came back the bedroom seems clean but the dead cockroach still there. 3. The landline in the room is useless, inoperable. But they gave the duty manager whatsapp. The respond time was terrible. 4. Breakfast taste mediocre. There was plenty of restaurants around the hotel. Price very affordable and really delicious. 5. Shower, the hot water is only can use less than 5 minutes. Only option cold water. Really sucks especially u have young children and its rainy season.
