not aware that this is actually a kinda 2.5 storey townhouse. the gate entrance is very narrow if to park a big long car. GF is parking with a staircase going up. 1F is a merely just a living hall without toilet. 2F is a kitchen with small dining hall, then with 3 rooms with 2 toilets. not recommended for senior citizen or people with leg issue as you need to walk up & down the staircase many times. Electrical kettle was rusted inside n with horrible dirt. a saucepan/pot with low quality plastic hander release poisonous smell while i boiled hot water. thankfully the agent replace it for us with new unit of kettle n saucepan the next day. 2F flooring was very sticky and dusty still. it turned out way better after i clean it myself. complainted this matter to the agent but they just kept silent. Security wise is ok as it come with digital smart door. Overall ok to stay lah.

Great location but maintenance and cleaning should be better

This is a corner half house ground floor is not available, just stair to 1st floor with a sofa and tv, things start at 2nd floor with 3 room, a small kitchen and 2 bathroom. All room is air conditioner but no fan, ceiling floor is only available outside the room. Checking in is with rm200 deposit online, then will be notified 2hour before check in. Once check in. Notice the cleaning is not done good enough. Notice hair and some small debris on floor. Bed is ok, air con is cold although 1st floor air con not functioning well The location is great, nearby attractions and food within driving distance. Place is quiet
