Hi is not a good resort and very expensive would recommend to book Hilton or Club Mahindra instead of this.

Pros: The location of this resort is exceptional and remote place lovers will just love it. Staff is well behaved, co-operative and attentive. Food was 50-50 , I suppose the chef change at night caused the difference but lunch was tasty. Very peaceful and they also take you to a waterfall trek which is short and worth it. A stream passes by lunch area which will be like heaven in rains. Road from parking to actual resort is originally a forest trail that is just expanded , which makes it sort of thrill for off roading lovers. Cons: There is not enough privacy for at least the classic sun room ones, which is the MSP of this resort. Walkers can peep into the room and also there is a water tank on height from where view in room is un-obstructible. Due to this most of the curtains have to be on always, failing the purpose of "sun room". Dinner food taste wasn't good. Complimentary breakfast did not have much options (probably due to we went in off season, i.e. December) **Important** Before booking , please note that you can't take your vehicle right till the end !! Once you are in resort going out to lake/any other nearby place is difficult as every time you have to take their taxi till parking space to your vehicle. If you self-drove till resort, still the road is too bad to do this every time. Considering all this the price is very premium, could be easily made half. No other things to do in property except some indoor games. For such premium priced resort, no big swimming pool.

We recently stayed at this lovely property, and while the overall experience was refreshing and calming, there are a few things future guests should be aware of. Let’s start with the approach road—it looks intimidating at first, and while we actually found it fun and adventurous, it’s definitely not suitable for elderly guests or anyone with back or joint issues. The road is quite rocky and uneven, and the hotel should seriously consider improving accessibility—maybe even building a proper road. Another big downside was the connectivity. The property is very secluded, which makes it wonderfully peaceful—but also completely cuts off mobile network service. On top of that, their Wi-Fi is quite unreliable. Even a light drizzle caused it to stop working. The only way to contact reception or order room service is through WhatsApp, but with no working internet or signal, it becomes impossible to reach the staff from your room. This could be dangerous in an emergency. Installing intercoms in the rooms would make a big difference. Now, I have to mention something that was personally very disappointing. I’m a sucker for bathtubs and swimming pools—especially bathtubs because I love long, relaxing bubble baths. While booking through Agoda, we specifically chose a room listed as having both a private pool and a bathtub. But when we arrived, we found that our room only had a pool. When we asked the hotel staff, they told us that no such room exists—it’s either a pool or a bathtub, never both. This was really frustrating, and I think Agoda needs to update its listings to avoid misleading customers. That said, there were definitely highlights. The property itself is stunning—very calm, very soothing, and beautifully maintained. A perfect escape from the chaos of everyday life. The food at the restaurant was also quite good. While main courses are only available in the restaurant (room service is limited to starters and snacks), the restaurant is close by, so it’s not an inconvenience. The staff deserves a special mention—they were polite and accommodating throughout our stay. We arrived early, and they ensured our rooms were ready ahead of time. Later, when we faced a work emergency and needed to check out a day early to get back into connectivity, they went above and beyond. They offered us their personal mobile hotspot and arranged a dongle for us to use in the room, without us even asking. We weren’t seeking a refund, but their gesture really touched us and convinced us to stay and finish our booking. All in all, despite a few hiccups—especially around road access, connectivity, and a misleading room listing—the stay was truly rejuvenating. If you’re looking to disconnect and enjoy peace in a beautiful natural setting, this property is definitely worth considering.

Their wooden cabins are treat for the eyes with aesthetic decor and the property has mesmerizing earthy vibe. Only downside is this is quite inside perched on a hill and travelling there takes a good 20-30 min off road.

Getting here might be a task in itself but the property offers really good views from most if the rooms and the rooms are really spacious. Definitely value for money.
