Positives: The location is very good, apartment is also good and spacious and can accommodate 7-8 people. They provide daily servicing which is plus point. Customer service was excellent and very promptly addressed all the issues we faced. Negatives: The utensils and cooking tools should be enhanced with addition of few basic appliaces. Ac of upper floor rooms were not working properly and should be fixed.

Guests with good etiquette, treating the apartment like their own home would be much appreciated. Beyond that, here are a few important house rules:
Strictly no smoking and pets are allowed in the apartment. Security deposit will be forfeited in the unfortunate event of non-compliance.
Please remove your shoes upon entering the house.
Strictly no durians allowed in the apartment.
Strictly no parties and/or events. This rule is regulated and enforced by the Apartment's management team, to ensure best security and ambiance to all residents.
Charges will apply for any damages done to items within the premise.
Access card and door keys are to be kept soundly. In the unfortunate event
of misplacement, a replacement fee of RM150 fee will be charged.
Much appreciated if the air-condition and other electrical appliances are turned off before leaving the apartment.
Noise levels are to be kept down especially after 9pm.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spacious and comfortable for our family. It has two bedrooms upstairs and two queen beds in the living room, which was perfect for my parents since they didn't have to climb the stairs. We also appreciated the drinking water filter—it was such a thoughtful and convenient amenity. A special shout-out to Ayunie for the excellent hospitality. She responded promptly and quickly arranged for someone to fix the issue we encountered, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay in this unit again. Highly recommended

Stunning view , nice n cozy stay.
The apartment was impeccably clean and ideally situated near eateries and shopping malls. We especially loved the lovely fragrance of the bath soap and shampoo provided. Our cozy evenings were spent watching Netflix together late into the night, followed by a breathtaking sunrise over the sea the next morning. The panoramic views from the large windows were truly stunning. Highly recommended!*
