Everything is good. But water pressure too low all toilet.

Had a wonderful stay at Cozy & Comfortable Homestay @ Tanjong Sepat! Very well-equipped—perfect for family or group gatherings. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk to the seaside, which made the stay even more relaxing. We especially loved the cozy atmosphere and comfortable rooms. The check-in process was smooth, and overall everything was well arranged. Definitely a great place to unwind and spend quality time with friends and family.

Well, the check-in process went smoothly, stepping into the property instantly caused intense discomfort. The environment was disgustingly filthy: -Extreme Filth and Hygiene Concerns: The entire house was filled with dust and hair (such as loose hairs and dust scattered everywhere on the tabletops). The kitchen and bathroom were clearly not thoroughly cleaned—the bathroom drain even had an unwashed, discarded human false eyelash stuck in it. The mirror shelf in the bathroom was covered in water stains and severe rust spots, and toothpaste residue was left completely untouched. To make matters worse, almost all the towels had obvious yellow and black stains; fortunately, we brought our own. -Appalling Kitchen and Appliances (Photos as Evidence): Refrigerator and Microwave: The inside of the fridge, the door handles, the freezer, and the interior of the microwave were all caked in disgusting stains, water scale, and years of accumulated grease. -Gecko Carcass: To top it all off, a dead gecko was wedged inside the kitchen blinds! Basic cleaning and pest control were completely neglected. -Broken Door Lock and Terrible Handling: We booked a 4-bedroom house, but the lock on the downstairs bedroom door was broken. After we notified the host, a cleaner came over. Not only did they walk in without greeting us, but they also loudly chatted on the phone right inside the house. Later, they brought in a locksmith without any prior communication or notice that the lock was going to be replaced. The locksmith started aggressively hammering away with an iron tool! Our entire family was home at the time, and the loud hammering terrified our children upstairs, leaving them completely panicked and clueless about what was happening. The handling of the situation showed a complete lack of respect for guests and basic communication. - Caused Severe Allergic Reactions: Because the entire house was so filthy and dusty, my children and I developed full body skin itching that very night, severely impacting our sleep! This is the worst homestay experience I have ever had. Both the hygiene and the service attitude were extremely disappointing. I'm not a fan of this kind of cheese. This is not cheese for me.

Excellent location. Very convenient and close to many famous attraction and restaurant and also very near to lover bridge.

When arrived, homestay is Mozy homestay, downstair 1 bedroom + 1 bathroom ( no heater), upstairs 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom. ( with heater) Driving to tourist hotspot area Lorong 4 is around 5 mins, neighbors are friendly, lots of monkey, squirrel , dog around the homestay. At the back homestay are palm trees , walking to the beach at the back of homestay is around 5 mins. Homestay WIFI / Air Cond / TV are all function well. Microwave is available allow us to reheat our food easily. But all kitchen electrical are not allowed to switch on together. Owner is good allow us to check-in the homestay earlier around 2pm. Details of homestay access is given 2 days before check-in.
