Just simple summary. Rooms is cozy & clean. If you want a room for 1 or 2 night to sleep only, i would love to recommended it. As for facilities, this hotel is a building as business centre that have supermarket, restaurant, fast food & convenient store. Also dobby & even clinic. As for my trip with 3 person (1 with wheelchair), the basement parking to lift access not so disable person friendly. The key card given only one. Not so convenient when one person want to go out as the lift to rooms level need the key card to access.

Ideal for Business and Solo Travelers: A Convenient Stop in Alor Setar
If you're in Alor Setar and need a quick stopover, this hotel is suitable, but it wouldn't be my first choice. Situated in Ampang Business Center, it offers convenient access to a FamilyMart, 7-Eleven, and several good restaurants and coffee shops, making it ideal for a brief business or solo trip. However, the room walls are in dire need of a fresh coat of paint. The main issue I encountered was with the toilet sink, which made my stay much less pleasant. It doesn't drain well or function normally, and it requires attention. While I'm not a plumber, something tells me it's not working as it should. Additionally, while the shower gets almost warm enough to bear, it doesn't reach a comfortable hot temperature. Overall, the stay serves its purpose for a quick stop, but the hotel's location is okay, though not the most convenient. It requires a 10-12 minute taxi ride to reach Aman Central mall and Alor Setar Railway. It was a decent stay, and apart from the need for improvements to the toilet sink (which might be specific to the room I stayed in) and the wall paint, the room serves its purpose for the price you pay you really cannot complain, it good value.
