• Please keep the house clean and tidy. Dispose of rubbish in the designated bins before check-out.

• 9. Furniture & Property

• Please take care of the furniture, appliances and other items provided. Do not move large furniture without permission.

• 10. Kitchen

• Guests are welcome to use the kitchen. Please wash used dishes and clean the cooking area after use.

• 11. Electricity & Air Conditioning

• Please switch off air conditioners, lights and electrical appliances when leaving the house.

• 12. Pets

• No pets are allowed

• 13. Damage or Missing Items

• Please inform the host immediately if anything is accidentally damaged or broken. Charges may apply for significant damage or missing items.

• 14. Safety & Security

• Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Do not share house keys/access codes with anyone outside your group.
