알츠 호텔

This hotel is located at very strategic in Palembang city. If you choose the type of room , you'd better choose deluxe type instead of deluxe cabana. The different thing bewteen two types is just balcony. The condition of swimming pool is good. Breakfast menu is not diverse. One thing I ask the hotel to improve is cutlery set in the restaurant. I had ever asked 3 times to get a fork. If the hotel put cutlery set near food, people can easily find and take it.

Good value and Clean 4 stars hotel with great facilities (gym, sauna & swimming pool) Towels and amenities needs to be replaced with new sets as it's getting old and weary. The TV on the room I've stayed doesn't work 😢

stayed at room 735&733 for 2nights. We arrived at the hotel at 3pm with expectation could soonest take a rest for a while. But disappointed as the process admin to get the rooms took quite long and the ready room only 1room. The reason if we want to get 2rooms near each other, we have to wait. Meaning, the messages once I did earlier booked hotel were not well delivered as the requested was clear, close each other (prefer connecting room, but the hotel asked for additional cost by IDR150,000), earlier check in and late check out. Finally we got the 2nd room at 4pm, really so tired to wait for ( after the flight also delayed ). The staff also not friendly, no smile as well as the restaurant staff. For me, I prefer to choose the other hotel for next trip to palembang. The menu of restaurant (Breakfast) was varies, but the taste of tekwan&model& empek empek were not good (flour taste only). The food quality and taste to be improved.

Picture and real room is not the same. The room is old, still functional BUT not the best. The breakfast area is good. Food is okay. Swimming pool is good, area for kids.
