• 1.) Check-in and Check-out:

• Check-in time is from 01:00pm onwards.

• Check-out time is by 11:00am.

• If you require early check-in or late check-out, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

• 2.) Noise and Consideration:

• Please respect the tranquility of our property and fellow guests by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially during late evenings and early mornings.

• Avoid playing loud music or engaging in noisy activities that may disturb others.

• 3.) Visitors and Parties:

• Visitors are welcome but should be registered at the mini store upon arrival.

• Parties and large gatherings are not permitted on the property without prior approval from the management.

• 4.) Smoking Policy:

• RSK Beach and Accommodation is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including the rooms.

• Designated smoking areas are available. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

• 5.) Kitchen Usage:

• Our property provides a common kitchen facility for guests to use. We kindly request that you clean up after yourself and leave the kitchen area tidy for others to enjoy.

• Please label your food items and avoid taking other guests' belongings.

• 6.) Damages and Losses:

• Any damages or losses to the property or its amenities caused by guests will be the responsibility of the guest.

• Please report any damages or issues to the caretaker immediately.

• 7.) Safety and Security:

• Always lock your room when leaving the premises and secure your personal belongings.

• RSK Beach and Accommodation will not be responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings during your stay.
