Overall, my experience was below average. The biggest advantage of the hotel is its location. It is conveniently located on the main road in Sidi Abdel Rahman, close to Blumar, Marassi, Telal and Hacienda, so it can be a practical option if you are visiting or spending time in these areas. Unfortunately, the hotel itself needs significant improvement. The buildings, rooms and facilities feel old and dated, and the property would benefit from proper renovation and better maintenance. Breakfast was particularly disappointing. The selection was extremely limited, with very little variety, and the overall restaurant experience was below expectations. Another negative point is that parking is charged separately, which I wouldn’t expect considering the overall standard and price of the hotel. Regarding the staff, the young team members are polite and clearly trying to do their best, so I don’t think the issue is with them personally. The problem seems to be a lack of proper training, awareness and service standards from management. With better training and supervision, the guest experience could improve significantly. I paid around *** for the stay, and considering the condition of the property, breakfast quality, service level and additional parking charge, I didn’t feel the experience offered particularly good value for money. In summary: good and convenient location, but the hotel itself is below average and needs renovation, better food, stronger management and proper staff training.

it s clean and the room is large enough for 2 persons the swimming pool is large and clean,breakfast buffet was good but lacks fruits and yoghurt
