더 BCC 호텔 & 레지던스

Nice place to stay. Near to the shopping malls. The only things that i'm concern is about the iron which is the first thing that i will be look for before booking a hotel. There is no iron in each room and we need to ask for the it and unfortunately when asked, the iron is already given to the other rooms. So, don't have iron for my room. Other than that, i think the hotel is good. Thank you

Room not ready after 4pm. Need to wait abt 45 mins to check in. Check in time 4.45pm. Dissapointed

Outdated overall decor, 2 of 3 powerpoints and aircon remotes are defective, leather sofa worn and torn, lightings are gloomy CFL not enviromental friendly. Main hall LCD tv screen defective blurry worn display.

The hotel is good and huge. Located within the bests of places. In between 2 major malls, and an A1 Food Court in front of it. A lot of other amenities and shops around. The room is HUGE. Bed is comfortable. The room looked aged by a lot and seems in urgent need to revamp and update. Aside from all the good things about the hotel, there was an incident that kind of freaked me out. I am unsure if i am being paranoid or not, there was a time that evening, after I return from dinner, I returned back to my room. Upon reaching the floor, I was walking toward my room, I saw there were several hotel staff (5-6 of them) gathering in front of the door of the room opposite mine. As I was walking down, they kind of acted like they were just hanging out and talking. There was a guy whom suddenly appear out of nowhere walking behind me to join those staff. All of whom were behaving super suspiciously. After I entered my room, I locked it. I was peeping through the peep hole to see what was happening outside. They seemed like trying to open the door, were whispering, giggling. Two of them actually turned around to face my room door and was peeking through the peep hole for unknown reason. Fortunately I locked the main door twice and placed a chair onto the door. After a while, I saw these youngsters, turned towards the back end of the corridor and walked away (they walked away from the lift area, maybe towards the staff service lift area). I thought that it was strange that employees do not like say 'hello' to guests, and to have that many staff gathering at one place and behaving suspiciously. It was suspicious as what they were doing were not standard hotel protocols. Overall, having experienced all these, I will NOT return to this hotel. I worry about my safety and the standard of the hotel is not to what I was expecting.

Early check in even 30mins earlier is not feasible. Still need to wait till 3pm as room is not ready. Once arrived at room level, corridor was warm and stuffy. Rooms [I booked 2 rooms] Had to wait for 2hrs to get cool. Meanwhile am sweating. Fall sick after due to there was no ventilation. Lights in the rooms & toilets were dim. Difficult to do makeup. Only brighter at where I made my hot drink. Breakfast was OK as long as there were live station for eggs and bread. The lontong was nice. Good job chef. Should put the sambal near to the nasi lemak station.
