Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel! The parking area and room were very clean and well-maintained. However, there are a couple of areas where I believe the hotel could improve. Hallway Upkeep: The walls on the way from the garage to the room had stains, which detracted from the otherwise clean impression. Smoke-Free Guarantee: Unfortunately, my room had a lingering cigarette smoke odor. As a non-smoker, this was unpleasant. It would be fantastic if the hotel could offer a guaranteed smoke-free room option during the reservation process.
