파라팻 뷰 호텔

Nice breakfast, good staff, nice decoration. The only thing that I don't like is the view of my room. It is not facing the Lake Toba directly.

We booked it quite last minute ( less than 2W) so we didnt hv much option for a hotel. We just want to find a place to sleep & have a Lake Toba view. The bed, pillow, bathroom, balcony, chairs, table, water heater, toilet are ok. Our room has no aircon or fan. The wardrobe wall have a big crack inside that wasnt comforting for the eyes. We just keep the door closed to cover it. They provide water jug for refill water , but the plastic material on the tip you can see it is heavily used. We didnt use it. It is ok for a night. We get in quite late so we just shower & sleep. The next day at 6am, there is loud music played in the hotel. It sound like Christian hill song. ( im guessing). It is quite loud. We hv breakfast at the hotel. Simple buffet with all carbs. It was great having egg station & pancake section. We walk around the hotel , the view was great with Lake Toba.

Location is oke. Breakfast was not too good. Fried rice was hard. We were at the cafe at 8:50am and was left with messy leftovers, so maybe need to be there earlier. There are times when hot water bath is not available, do check out the time unless you like the refreshing cold water bath. One time experience is oke. Btw, on good weather, you may get good Sunset.

The place is nice, the staff is friendly but too noisy. There are music everywhere until 12am and on the morning there are music on the other side. Maybe this hotel is good for family occasions but not for couple. This place need to improve their breakfast menu also.

Menu on breakfast should be varied & cleanliness at dining area should be improved. My 2019 visit here was better. Anyway, good place to stay.
