Paer Doe 2 (red bungalow) is very basic but good value for the price. A bonus was the hot shower. Lalu the owner is very friendly and helpful. Nice banana pancake for breakfast.

We came late at 8ish pm. The wonder welcomed us and offered if we wanted to have our dinner prepared since there were no restaurants nearby. The wife prepared a simple instant noodle. Pak Iwan, the owner, liked to chat with us and shared about the neighbourhood. It was a nice short stay before we headed out to Rinjani Hike!

Worst Experience of My Life – No One Should Have to Go Through This (Definitely Not Recommended) Our worst experience ever, and I hope no other guest has to suffer like we did. (Definitely do not recommend this resort.) On the first day, we arrived around 9 PM and were given a room that was clearly not meant for guests. The room was dirty, with stained bedsheets and no bath towels. There wasn't even an attached bathroom. To make things worse, it was freezing, and the room was located upstairs, making it even more uncomfortable. We had to sleep without showering because there were no towels, and the amenities provided were in a terrible state. On the second day, we were moved to a different location, but the situation was just as bad. There was no improvement compared to the first resort. In the end, we decided to move to another resort, even though we had already paid for three nights.

The room is extremely dirty and parts look like they have never been cleaned. Room was also full of ants and my partner felt uncomfortable in the bathroom. Owners were not welcoming and mostly ignored us
